Slovene President Urges Croatian MPs to Back Border Agreement

Zagreb, 28 November - "A settlement of the remaining open issues between us will not be possible without the will of the supreme legislators in both countries," Slovene President Milan Kucan told Croatian MPs during his address to the Sabor on Wednesday, and added that it will be impossible to mark the land border and set the sea border without the approval of both parliaments.
