Fears Accompanying the Takeover of Banka Koper Are Unfounded, SanPaolo IMI Says

Turin, 29 November - We want to create a network abroad which will support the business of our clients on foreign markets, so any fears are totally unreasonable and unfounded, executive director of SanPaolo IMI, Luigi Maranzana, told the press on Thursday explaining the bank's decision to acquire Slovenia's Banka Koper.
