Debt Enforcement of Footwear Manufacturer Peko Confirmed

Kranj, 29 November - Most owners and creditors of the troubled footwear manufacturer Peko on Thursday confirmed debt enforcement of the company, which the management proposed already in March. The government thus converted its claim into a 81.3-percent ownership share together with the Slovene Development Corporation; the only other remaining owners are the banks Gorenjska banka and SKB banka.
