Ljubljana, 30 November - French Foreign Minister Hubert Vedrine's idea about admission of all 12 candidate countries to the EU - thrown by him in the European arena without consulting anyone in Paris or the EU - would certainly had not set off an explosion if it had remained part of a theoretical debate on the table of the council of ministers, the daily Delo observes on Friday.
