Vecer on Decentralisation of Slovenia

Maribor, 30 November - For years have we been listening to grand words about the necessity of prompt decentralisation. But, even more than the question of how many regions Slovenia will have, it will be interesting to see what these regions will in reality do after decentralisation takes place, the daily Vecer observes on Friday, a day after the second annual forum on local self-government began at the lakeside resort of Bled.
