Slovene Economists Discuss Impact of Budget Deficit on Inflation
Ljubljana, 30 November - The strongest inflation-trimming mechanism is the exchange-rate policy, Ljubljana University Chancellor Janez Mencinger told participants of Friday's 6th annual conference of the Association of Slovene Economists, and added that he doubts whether the budget deficit is strongly related to inflation.
