OSCE Role in the Fight against Terrorism is in Preventing Conflicts, FM Rupel Says

Bucharest, 3 December - The reply to terrorism should be general, resolute and persistent. Slovenia sees the role of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) in the fight against this phenomenon mainly in preventing conflicts. This is what Slovene Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel stressed in his speech at the OSCE ministerial meeting, which opened in Bucharest on Monday.
