Defence Minister Says MoD Has Had a Successful Year

Ljubljana, 4 December - The performance of the Slovene ministry of defence in 2001 was labelled by Defence Minister Anton Grizold as successful, as the ministry has, adhering to its plans until 2004, began to take measures to improve the entire defence sector as well as the system of disaster relief in addition to securing a transparent defence budget and preparing for NATO membership.
