Slovene Tourism to Get New Strategy

Ljubljana, 5 December - Certain measures will have to be taken in order to facilitate development of tourism in Slovenia, as the present development pattern has been exhausted and must be adjusted to new market demands. Activities should thus focus on spas, casinos, the Karst region, and nautical tourism, Bogomir Kovac of the Ljubljana Faculty of Economics said Wednesday at a meeting of the association of tourism and catering at the Slovene Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GZS).
