Slovenia Must Show Political Will to Become NATO Member, General Fulford Says
Ljubljana, 5 December - Slovenia must show it has political will to fulfil its plans for NATO accession and to restructure its armed forces in the coming years. The country has a good plan, however the Parliament has to provide for the necessary resources, and Slovene citizens have to show their true willingness to enter the Alliance, Carlton W. Fulford, Deputy Commander in Chief of the United States European Command said Wednesday at the conclusion of his two-day visit to Slovenia.
