Gov't Signs Annex to UMTS License Contract, Raises Price of Railway Transport

Ljubljana, 6 December - At its Thursday session, the government decided to sign an annex to the contract on 3G mobile telephony license with the operator Mobitel, making it pay the entire concession fee in one installment. The cabinet also backed the proposal to raise the price of railway passenger transport by four percent as of 27 December.
