Free Trade Agreement with the FRY Likely to be Signed As Early As Next Year

Ljubljana, 7 December - Negotiations on a free trade agreement between Slovenia and the FRY, which is said to be one of the most important economic agreements to be reached between the two countries, are to start in February next year. This means that the document could be signed as early as 2002, was said on Friday after a two-day session of a Slovene-Yugoslav commission for economic co-operation in Ljubljana.
