Number of Interested Bidders for Slovenia's Second Largest Bank Not Yet Known
Ljubljana, 7 December - As the deadline for the submission of binding offers for the purchase of the 65-percent less one share of Nova kreditna banka Maribor (NKBM) expired on Friday 6 P.M., the Slovene Finance Ministry said it would not reveal the number of bidders to the public. Binding offers for the purchase of 1,819,999 NKBM ordinary shares are likely to have been submitted by the Slovene banking group Aktiva Group, Austria's Bank Austria and Italy's Unicredito.
