President Kucan: Europe Must be Capable of Forming Common European Positions

London, 10 December - It took September 11 to force us to think about the world's great contradictions as well as its interdependence, while Europe must play an active role in the alleviation of these contradictions and the search for solutions, Slovenia's President Milan Kucan stressed in a lecture entitled Europe in a Changed World - An Outlook from Slovenia, which he held in London's Chatam House, a centre for international studies, on Monday, in the frame of his three-day official visit to Great Britain.
