Nostalgia for Communism Makes It Harder for Slovene Church
Ljubljana, 12 December - The majority of Slovenes are religious, therefore politics that does not respect this religious community would not be democratic, Paul M. Zulehner, Dean of the Vienna Theological Faculty, said on Wednesday upon the launch of a collection of essays which contains findings of a study about the Church during the communist era (1945-2000) in ten countries in transition, including Slovenia.
