Euro Bank Notes are Coming to Slovenia

Ljubljana, 13 December - With the introduction of euro bank notes in twelve EU counties as of 1 January 2002, the novelty is also to reach third countries, including Slovenia, where first euro notes are to arrive in mid December, said Brane Bertoncelj, who is in charge of cash transactions at the Bank of Slovenia.
