Austrian Electricity Utility Expects to Hold 20-Percent Market Share in Slovenia

Ljubljana, 13 December - The leading Austrian electricity producer Verbund, covering half of Austria's electricity needs with its 76 power plants, set up a company in Slovenia this summer called APT Power Trading Slovenija, which is expected to hold a market share of 15 to 20 percent with industrial users in the coming years, Verbund marketing director Johann Serenig said at a news conference on Thursday.
