Delo: A Departure before the Decline

Ljubljana, 14 December - There are only few who are able to leave before the decline, i.e. at a moment when they still have power. This is a rare phenomenon in Slovene politics, the Slovene daily Delo on Friday comments the announced departure of the Minister for European Affairs Igor Bavcar, who is to run for the head of petrol trader Istrabenz.
