Pivovarna Lasko is not Thinking about Purchasing All Pivovarna Union Shares as Yet

Laško, 15 December - The leadership of the Slovene brewery Pivovarna Lasko on Saturday said it would decide whether to publish an offer for the purchase of all shares of Pivovarna Union only after the results of a public bid made by Belgium's brewer Interbrew are known.
