Slovene Unemployment Increases to 11.5 Percent in October

Ljubljana, 18 December - Unemployment in Slovenia stood at 11.5 percent in October, up 0.2 percentage points over September. According to the latest monthly figures from the National Statistics Office, a total of 888,860 people made up the Slovene labour force in October, 786,648 of which were employed. The latter figure represents a 0.1 percent increase over September and 1.8 percent year-on-year jump.
