Vecer: Petek's Europe

Ljubljana, 19 December - We would surely be pretending ignorance is we were simply to agree with the International Federation of Journalists (IFJ), which said on Monday that after almost a year since unknown perpetrators severely beat up Vecer journalist Miro Petek in an incident that has stunned the Slovene public, almost nothing has happened to clarify the bloody event. What struck the eye in the recent reprimand from Brussels, however, was the indifference of the authorities, Tuesday's edition of the daily Vecer writes.
