Slovenia Could Have Great Political and Economic Benefits from NATO Membership, U.S. Ambassador Says

Ljubljana, 19 December - "The U.S. believes that Slovenia can be part of NATO's desire to guarantee peace and security and to anchor this continent's democracies firmly in the transatlantic community," U.S. Ambassador to Slovenia Johnny Young said Wednesday in his address to the Slovene parliamentary foreign affairs committee.
