Not Choosing NATO is no Guarantee against Terrorism, Says Slovene Foreign Minister

Ljubljana, 19 December - In the last weeks Slovenia came ahead of the other EU applicant countries, while in the last year or two, it caught up with some EU member states and became the "best student in the class", said Slovene Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel in a lecture at the Ljubljana Faculty of Social Studies on Wednesday.
