Constitutional Court's Power Lies in the Persuasiveness of Its Decisions

Ljubljana, 20 December - "The Constitution has defined the status of the Constitutional Court in a formal sense, however its real status and reputation are based on the persuasiveness of and respect for its decisions," Constitutional Court President Dragica Wedam Lukic said Thursday at a celebration marking 23 December, Constitution Day.
