Anja Carman and Peter Mankoc Declared Slovene Swimmers of the Year

Ljubljana, 20 December - The Slovene Swimming federation on Thursday conferred the awards for best Slovene swimmers in 2001. Not surprisingly, Peter Mankoc, this year's European Short Course champion and holder of the world record in 100 m medley, won the award in the men's category, while Anja Carman, winning European short course gold over 400 m freestyle, received the award in the women's category.
