SOD Director Dismissed; Lasko Confirms Purchase of Union Shares

Ljubljana/Laško, 21 December - Director of the Slovene Reimbursement Company (SOD) Anton Koncnik was dismissed Friday by the SOD management board for finalising the contract on the sale of SOD's 12.2 percent share in Pivovarna Union without authorisation of the SOD board of managers, Radio Slovenija reported.
