Slovene Exporters to U.S. from now on to Pay Duties
Ljubljana, 1 January - Slovene exporters to the United States will no longer benefit from the General System of Preferences (GSP) that allows some countries not to pay duties for exports to the U.S.. Slovenia automatically no longer qualifies in 2002 by becoming an advanced country with GDP at US$ 10,000 per capita.
