Yugoslav Market Continues to Offer Opportunities for Slovenia in 2002

Ljubljana, 2 January - The establishment of diplomatic relations and the signing of an agreement on economic co-operation were the most important events for the economic co-operation between Slovenia and the FRY in 2001, something that has put the potential of the Slovene economy in an equal position to that of rival foreign economies, STA was told by Roman Veras, an independent adviser at the department for international co-operation at the Slovene Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GZS).
