Slovene Poultry Industry Consolidates as Perutnina Ptuj Acquires Part of Jata

Ljubljana, 4 January - The Ljubljana-based poultry producer Jata said Friday that its industry rival Perutnina Ptuj has purchased a 18.19-percent stake in the company, making Perutnina Ptuj the largest single owner of Jata.
