Delo Comments on the Appointment of New Europe Minister

Ljubljana, 14 January - Dr. Janez Potocnik will now move into the office of the outgoing Minister of European Affairs Igor Bavcar. We know relatively little about him, except that he is a "profi", that he always travels to Brussels with a suiting tie, and that he is obviously skilled in rather nonchalant, yet professional and refined communication, the daily Delo writes on Monday.
