The EU Dominates the Agenda of Conference of Slovene Diplomats

Maribor, 14 January - Slovenia is a model EU candidate, and judging by the state of its readiness, there should be no problems in negotiations during Spain's EU presidency in the first half of 2002, said Spanish Foreign Minister Josep Pique, key-note speaker at the 8th conference of Slovene diplomats, which was also attended by Foreign Minister of Hungary, Janos Matronyi.
