Ljubljana, 14 January - The Competition Protection Office has decided not to oppose the takeover of the fourth largest Slovenia's bank Banka Koper by Italy's SanPaolo IMI, as the deal is in accordance with Slovenia's anti-trust regulations, the office's decision was made public Monday by the brokerage Publikum, a proxy of SanPaolo IMI.
