Ousted SOD Director Will Seek Justice at Court

Ljubljana, 14 January - The former director of the state-run Slovene Reimbursement Company (SOD), Anton Koncnik, who was ousted in December after single-handedly selling Sod's 12.2-percent stake in brewer Pivovarna Union to another Slovene brewery, Pivovarna Lasko, announced he would file two charges against SOD. Koncnik feels that he acted in accordance with the Companies Act, Koncnik's lawyer Stojan Zdolsek told STA on Monday.
