Maribor, 14 January - Slovenia's relations with neighbouring countries, its efforts in SE Europe and integration into the EU and NATO were at the forefront of a speech delivered by Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek at the 8th conference of Slovene diplomats, which kicked off on Monday in Maribor.
