Talks with KBC on Sale of NLB Finally Launched

Ljubljana, 15 January - After the commission monitoring the sale of Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB), Slovenia's largest bank, established on Monday that the binding bid of the Belgian banking group KBC, the only bidder for a 34-percent stake in NLB, meets all criteria, KBC confirmed Tuesday that its representative has already attended talks in Ljubljana, which are to last until March.
