Klagenfurt, 15 January - Heads of the umbrella organisations of the Slovene minority living in Austria's Carinthia have shown reserved optimism after the parties of the Carinthian provincial assembly did not make any decision on Tuesday about a possible secret establishment of the number of Slovene minority population in this Austrian province.
