Pivovarna Lasko Files an Appeal at Higher Court

Ljubljana, 17 January - The Slovene brewer Pivovarna Lasko lodged an appeal on Thursday at the Ljubljana Higher Court against a 24 December district court ruling banning Lasko from freely using the 12.15-percent stake in another Slovene brewer, Pivovarna Union, which was acquired from the state-owned Slovene Reimbursement Company (SOD).
