Slovene Government Seeks Justice Abroad Over Croatia's Oil Transport Ban

Ljubljana, 18 January - The Slovene Environment Ministry addressed a letter on Friday to the Energy Charter Secretariat in Brussels, asking the secretariat to assess whether Croatia's ban on the transport of oil via Croatian roads is in violation of the international charter. The Slovene mission to the World Trade Organisation (WTO), meanwhile, announced its plans to take action with the WTO regarding the controversial Croatian measure as early as next week.
