Retrospective of Veno Pilon Opens at Museum of Modern Art

Ljubljana, 18 January - A comprehensive retrospective of one of the leading Slovene artists whose oeuvre is extremely rich and diverse was opened at the Museum of Modern Arts on Friday evening, in what is the first comprehensive retrospective of Veno Pilon (1896-1970). Over 310 works of art ranging from paintings, prints, photos, and drawings to sculptures are on display, while the accompanying catalogue - a first monograph about Pilon - contains over 860 works of art.
