Ljubljana, 19 January - When he was elected Parliament Speaker, Borut Pahor announced that the Parliament would become an arena for the most significant political debates and confrontations of various opinions. Pahor's words may bear the weight when it comes to debates on legislation, however his "dialogical" image of the parliament collapsed when we watched and listened the presentations of opinions on two out of the three most important political decisions - the possible membership of NATO and constitutional changes, the daily Dnevnik writes in its Saturday edition.
