Economic Trends: Downturn Noted in Slovene Economy, Consumer Spending Down

Ljubljana, 20 January - The Slovene economy has followed the global trends and has started to slow in the last quarter of 2001, the monthly publication of Economic Trends points out, blaming falling growth in investment and consumer spending.
