Slovene Medals at All Past Olympic Games
Salt Lake City, 21 January - Since 1924, when gymnast Leon Stukelj won two medals at the Olympic Games in Paris, Slovene athletes have collected a total of 26 medals at both the winter and summer Olympics. At the last Olympic Games, held in Sydney two years ago, rowers Iztok Cop and Luka Spik, as well as shooter Rajmond Debevec, won gold, and the Slovene anthem was played for the very first time in the history of the Olympic Games.
