Interbrew Holds 40.8-Percent Stake in Pivovarna Union

Ljubljana, 21 January - Interbrew's bid to purchase all shares of the Slovene brewer Pivovarna Union has succeeded, as the company now holds a 40.8-percent stake in Union, the Belgian brewer said in Monday's issue of the business daily Finance.
