SanPaolo IMI Raises Takeover Bid for Banka Koper
Koper, 21 January - The Turin-based banking group SanPaolo IMI on Monday announced it has risen its takeover bid for Banka Koper, Slovenia's fourth largest bank, by ten tolars per share. The new takeover price is thus SIT 101,982 (EUR 459.2) per share, and, in accordance with the act on takeovers, the bid expires on 4 February.
