Slovene Inhabitants without Citizenship Face Undemocratic State
Ljubljana, 21 January - Slovenia has seen outbreaks which the government was not willing to call what they really are - racist attacks. Instead of a working judicial system, moral authorities are offering individual excuses, however this cannot be a replacement for the non-functional judiciary, Irena Sumi from the Institute for Ethnic Studies said on Monday at a news conference which highlighted the status of Slovene inhabitants without Slovene citizenship.
