Vipap Videm Paper Mill Expected to Lay off One Third of the Workforce

Krško, 22 January - After Czech owners of the Slovene pulp and paper mill Vipap Videm Krsko had decided to abandon the present production of paper pulp, which requires heavy investments into ecological restructuring, the company is now said to have plans to shed some 300 workers employed in the department out of a total workforce of 1,000.
