Ousted SOD Director Impugns Government Decision to Dismiss Him

Ljubljana, 23 January - The former director of the state-run Slovene Reimbursement Company (SOD), Anton Koncnik, who was ousted in December after single-handedly selling SOD's 12.2-percent stake in brewer Pivovarna Union to another Slovene brewery, Pivovarna Lasko, filed a lawsuit on Tuesday, impugning the decision of the government to dismiss him from the post, the Ljubljana Labour and Social Court told STA on Wednesday.
