Ljubljana, 25 January - Users of the de facto monopoly fixed line telephony were justly agitated at the 20-percent increase in fixed line domestic calls and a more than 35-percent price rise in monthly subscription, confirmed by the government on Thursday, according to the Friday edition of the daily Delo.
