Slovenia Almost on Par with EU Average Investments in Social Security
Brussels, 25 January - Slovenia is almost on par with the average investments made by the EU member states in social security. The figures of the European statistics agency show that member states invested an average of 27.6 percent of their GDP in social security in 1999. Slovenia, on the other hand, invested 26.5 percent of its GDP in social security in the same year.
