Health Ministry Faces Charges by U.S. Pharmaceutical Over Generic Drugs Registration

Ljubljana, 26 January - U.S.'s Pfizer, one of world's largest pharmaceutical companies, has brought legal action against the Slovene Health Ministry for registering four generic drugs of the Slovene pharmaceutical Krka just before changes were passed to the pharmaceuticals act that allow generic copies of drugs to be registered only six years after the original drug has been on the market, TV Slovenia reported on Saturday evening.
